At Herbies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Ship the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
